Cabrillo Gals is following the guidelines put out by California Department of Public Health (CDPH) related to youth sports.  Below is a list of documents and information that we are asking all of our Gals families to acknowledge and follow.

Daily Health Screening

Every player and coach/volunteer will need to complete a daily health screening upon arrival to any league activity. It’s a simple 5 questionnaire and we have made it available through a QR Code. QR Codes will be posted at each field and also available through our coaching staff. Please follow the link below to view the questionnaire.

All coaches have been provided a “COVID Kit” that includes the health screening wallet cards as mentioned above, a thermometer, disposable face masks and hand sanitizer.  Please help our coaches and ensure the COVID protocols are followed.
