Daily Health Screening
Every player and coach/volunteer will need to complete a daily health screening upon arrival to any league activity. It’s a simple 5 questionnaire and we have made it available through a QR Code. All coaches have been provided a “COVID Kit” that includes the health screening wallet cards as mentioned above, a thermometer, disposable face masks and hand sanitizer. Please help our coaches and ensure the COVID protocols are followed.
